ETCi’s roots are in youth travel – the company was formed in 1990 to deal with work experience and internships.

In the last 5 years ETCi’s business has propelled itself forward into the recruitment business, beginning with accreditation by UCLES to provide work experience certificates and registration of the first 2 OISC Level 1 advisors to provide immigration advice.  Following this, membership of many other professional bodies and training to develop our areas of expertise has driven ETCi to the top of the international recruitment industry.

NOW:
Over the years ETCi has evolved into one of the UK’s most innovative and dynamic international consultancies. 

ETCi’s unique approach and expert knowledge has brought us to the forefront of international recruitment in the UK.

All our consultants are experts in their field and are constantly striving to update their knowledge and experience in their chosen areas.  We see staff training as an essential tool for growth and development.

This translates into our business through the Sandwich course, TWES (Training and Work Experience Scheme) and Professional Internship Placement options, allowing our candidates the opportunity to improve their employment skills and benefit our clients’ businesses in many different ways.

ETCi’s extensive experience of work permit processing has meant that we are always able to identify the best new options for our employers and candidates when the Home Office introduces new programmes and schemes. 

NEXT:
Identifying these opportunities has allowed ETCi to step ahead of the competition.  Which is where we intend to stay!

We now have dedicated Finance and Engineering departments and can see ourselves diversifying into further new areas as the business grows from strength to strength, as well as developing those areas in which we already have so much experience such as Hospitality, Catering and Manufacturing.  We also see our work permit experience growing almost daily allowing us to continue to stay one step ahead of the current trends in immigration policy.
